In completing the Questionnaire, please do so according to the following instructions:

• General: Please read the instructions and Annex A (Definitions below) prior to completing the Questionnaire.
   
  Annex A (Definitions) has information on how Norwin defines key electricity terms. Please read Annex A carefully before filling out the Questionnaire.
   
  To complete the Questionnaire, please fill out each field and using reference for additional documents. Please complete the document and include it as either a MS Word or Adobe copy in your submission to Norwin, along with your Request for Turbine and Services Quotation so we can best provide services and product pricing.
   
  
• Additional Project Information: In addition to the Questionnaire, Developers are requested to provide as much additional information as possible on both their capability to develop their proposed project, as well as the project itself. Any additional information should be provided as part of the Questionnaire.
   
  
• Multiple Projects: If you have multiple projects that you wish to submit, please fill out one Questionnaire for each project.
   
  
• Prior Submissions: If you have previously submitted information on your project to Norwin as part of a prior Request or acquisition call and the information is still valid please indicate this on the Questionnaire, and include it again with your submission of the Questionnaire.
   
  
• Confidentiality: As stated in the Questionnaire document, Norwin will not disclose names of specific Developers, or the names and locations of their projects, nor other confidential information contained in Developer's submissions without the prior consent of the Developer, or except as may be required by law.
   
  
• Submitting your Questionnaire: Please submit the Questionnaire in electronic format and optionally in hard copy format.
